Clean up Sauvie Island Beach

 Join with other Jewish communities to Repair the Sea by participating in a Reverse Tashlich. 




Shir Tikvah will be cleaning up the beaches on Sauvie Island. This is a very family friendly event. We will meet at the start of the public beaches on the Columbia River side of the island and work for about two hours. We will have some supplies available. Bring water bottles, gloves and grabbers if you have them. We will have parking permits.

(This event usually falls on the Sunday between Rosh HaShanah and Yom Kippur. This year, that Sunday is the second day of Rosh HaShanah, so our clean up will fall a week earlier.)
