Tikkun Olam Project
Tikkun Olam Project
TOP identifies, supports and coordinates social and environmental justice actions. Our aim is to inform the Shir Tikvah community of opportunities to engage in social and environmental justice.
Membership in Congregation Shir Tikvah is not required to participate in TOP related activities. All are open to members, their families and friends.

TIME-SENSITIVE ACTIVITIES
From 3/20-4/4, TOP Will be doing a drive to collect supplies for streetbooks.org. Street books is a bicycle – powered mobile library, serving people who live outside. Their goal is to empower people on the street through access to literature and create a community of support for people, living outside, through a shared love of books. They are accepting art supplies and books. However, they have very specific requirements for these items. All books must be paperback. They can be used. They can be works of fiction/nonfiction, works by underrepresented writers, puzzle books and books in Spanish. Art supplies should be adult coloring books and good quality colored pens and pencils. We appreciate your support.
ONGOING ACTIVITIES
