Creative Musaf Tefilah

The Musaf prayers are always presented in some innovative, creative way at Shir Tikvah.
This year we seek to experience some of the most important prayer moments of the year in an embodied way, through the meditative yoga technique of gifted teacher Rachel Stern. Wear loose fitting clothes, and bring a yoga mat or grab a chair (everything will be adaptable) for this hour of prayer.
Registration for High Holy Days 5780 is only needed for non-members and guests of members.

Shir Tikvah does not charge for High Holy Day seating. A donation to our Hagigah (Celebration) Fund will help cover the costs of opening our doors to everyone.
